Disqualification of trustee
19Unless the trust instrument provides otherwise, a person is disqualified as a trustee if
(a)
the person becomes incompetent,
(b)
the person has been convicted of an offence involving dishonest conduct under
(ii)
a law of Canada or another province or territory of Canada, or
(c)
the person is a corporation that is in liquidation.
